A delicious Oil on refined tartare

Tuna tartare with a delicious oil, citrus fruits and ginger is the refined, fresh and perfect dish for summer.

Firstly, buy fresh and excellent quality tuna: Then you need an emulsion based on extra virgin olive oil, lemon and orange juice, with a grated ginger, in order, to season the dish: with its exotic touch, it makes the dish super interesting.

Of course, the oil must also be of excellent quality: extra virgin olive oil, like our artisanal oil.

🧪 Ingredients for the extra virgin olive oil emulsion

  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 🫒
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon and orange juice 🍋🍊
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated of fresh ginger 🫚
  • salt and pepper 🧂

👩 🍳 Follow the recipe

  1. Grate fresh ginger very finely.
  2. In a small bowl, pour the juice of the two citrus fruits and add the grated ginger.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well with a whisk or fork.
  4. Pour in the oil in a trickle, continuing to stir vigorously, until you get a homogeneous emulsion.

💡 Extra tip:

if ginger is not your cup of tea, you can opt for chopped pistachios.
