One of these recipes is <strong>chickpea cream<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chickpea cream recipe with extra virgin oil<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients (for 2 people):<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g of cooked chickpeas (canned or boiled)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 tablespoons of artisanal extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sprig of fresh rosemary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 clove of garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice of half a lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &amp; pepepr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crusty bread or croutons to accompany<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil with a sprig of rosemary and a whole clove of garlic to be removed later. Be careful not to burn the garlic! \ud83e\uddc4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cooked chickpeas should be blended with a drizzle of flavored oil, the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper, until you get a creamy consistency.
