Our oil has debuted on television! Not on a TV spot, but in a cultural television program! 📺
What an experience!
Villages of Italy
TV2000 hosts an interesting program entitled Borghi d’Italia 🇮🇹 which makes us discover the Italian villages every Saturday and Sunday, also the less known villages that are rich in history, culture and traditions, anyway.
Among the noteworthy villages there are also those in my area: true enchanting corners of Tuscany, so much so that an episode was recently recorded in Casciana Terme Lari, in the province of Pisa, which aired on May 3rd.
🧡 Casciana Terme Lari is one of the jewels of Tuscany! Certified with the Orange Flag by the Italian Touring Club, this municipality stands out for its touristic, environmental and culinary excellence. The main centers of this area are three: Lari, Casciana Terme and Perignano.
🏰The village of Lari can boast the suggestive Castello dei Vicari.
⛲In the historic center of Casciana Terme, you can visit the church of Santa Maria Assunta, the church of San Martino and, of course, the renowned thermal baths that are one of the main attractions, thanks to its regenerating thermal waters.
Agrimarconi oil on television
Right in the splendid hall of the Terme di Casciana, we too (or rather, our oil) were present during the television shooting: a large table was set up with local products illustrated by two young chefs 👩🍳👨🍳, our extra virgin olive oil included! Two of our bottles – the flavored oil and the Poggetti 251 oil – were right in the center.
It is always nice to be part of events that celebrate the culture, history and authentic flavors of our lands and it was an honor share a part of our work on tv. It was really very exciting!

Sono Matteo Marconi, provengo da una famiglia di agricoltori.
Cresciuto fin da piccolo in un contesto di azienda agricola, mi sono addentrato sempre più in questo mondo fatto di cura e rispetto per la natura, cominciando già dall’adolescenza a seguire le orme di mio padre, con i primi lavori in campagna.
La mia giornata? Sveglia all’alba per sfalciare l’erba negli oliveti e controllo attento delle mie piante che tratto con Spintor Fly, un insetticida biologico.
C’è poi la fase più faticosa ma anche la più attesa dell’anno: la raccolta delle olive in autunno, per ottenere l’olio extra vergine d’oliva di qualità superiore che produco e imbottiglio. In base al periodo dell’anno, mi occupo anche del fieno per i miei animali.
Sono giovane, ma del tutto coinvolto nelle attività dell’azienda di famiglia e il nome dell’ olio che produco con passione e orgoglio ne e’ chiara dimostrazione: Azienda Agricola Marconi Matteo, rappresentato nel logo dalla sola lettera M, l’iniziale del mio nome e del mio cognome, non per manie di protagonismo, ma perché ci metto davvero tutto Me stesso.
